When will I receive my order?
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

For orders within Singapore, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services. Most international orders are delivered within 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including peak periods, customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.

How do I track the status of an order?
When we ship each item, you'll receive a shipment notification by email or contact number. The notification will contain a tracking URL and tracking number. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact us at hello@runsociety.com.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping with a shipping charge to most countries in the world. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Please note that we are unable to change a shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Do ensure your shipping address is correct before payment and do contact us immediately within 6 hours at hello@runsociety.com if there is any error in your shipping address.

Our products are made of technical fabrics. To preserve the special qualities of your garment and ensure they keep performing their best, please follow these care instructions to help maintain your products to keep them in their optimal condition:

Wash with like colours only
Hand or machine wash
Use cold/cool water only
Use gentle soap/detergent
Do not tumble dry
Don’t use bleach, dryer sheets, or fabric softener
Do not dry clean
Do not iron
Do not soak

It is advisable to wash using hand to maintain the quality of our products. Normal wear and tear excluded.
