1. No Returns, No Exchanges
All purchases made on shop.runsociety.com are strictly final sale.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances (including sizing, color, or change of mind).

Once an item has been purchased, the sale is final.
2. Limited Edition & No Restock Guarantee

Our products are released in limited quantities.

Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked.

Please ensure you select your preferred size and style carefully before checkout.
3. Product Condition & Performance

All products are checked before dispatch and shipped in good condition.

All printed materials (including logos, labels, graphics, and wording) may naturally soften, peel, or fade with washing and wear. This is a normal characteristic of performance apparel, does not affect product performance, and is not considered a defect.

Any damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, storage, or handling is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Genuine Defects (if any)
If a product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@runsociety.com.

A clear photo highlighting the defect must be attached for verification.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Our team will review the evidence and, if required, may request the item to be returned for inspection.

If approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued.

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or that show signs of wear/use will not be accepted.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

All sale, promotional, discounted, and bundle items

All apparel and accessories once worn, washed, or used

Gift cards, digital products, and special campaign merchandise

Heavily discounted non-RunSociety, non-Spacebib, or non-Crossline brand items. These are sold by us as a reseller on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee their quality, and they may carry risks inherent to clearance or third-party products.
6. Care Instructions Disclaimer
To maintain product quality and performance, please follow the care instructions provided on product tags or packaging. Typical guidelines include:

Wash inside out with similar colours

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry

Do not iron on prints or logos
Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage (such as peeling prints, colour fading, or fabric wear), which will not be considered a defect and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
