Shipping policy

This policy is effective from 23 April, 2020.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience. 
It will typically take 4-6 business days for an item order to be delivered to you located in the US. For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs and usually does not take more than 14 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

When we ship each item, you'll receive a shipment notification by email or contact number. The notification will contain a DHL tracking URL and tracking number. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact us at hello@runsociety.com.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer international shipping with a shipping charge to most countries in the world. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please note that we are unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. 

WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM IF I DID NOT SUBMIT MY RESULTS? (FOR RACES ONLY)
We strongly encourage you to have the discipline and determination to complete the distance indicated in order to earn the finisher entitlements. However, if there is any reason that you cannot finish the race, please get in touch with us at hello@runsociety.com so we can assist you further.
