When will I receive my order?
While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience. It will typically take 1-5 business days for an order to be delivered to you located in Singapore.
For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs and usually does not take more than 14 business days.

How do I track the status of an order?
When we ship each item, you'll receive a shipment notification by email or contact number. The notification will contain a tracking URL and tracking number. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact us at hello@runsociety.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping with a shipping charge to most countries in the world. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Please note that we are unable to change a shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Do ensure your shipping address is correct before payment and do contact us immediately within 6 hours at hello@runsociety.com if there is any error in your shipping address.
